Horizontal conveyor
The cutting machine cuts the partially cured gypsum board strip, conveyed by a roller conveyor, into veneers of the required length. The movement of the cutters is controlled by a length-measuring signal device on the conveyor rollers, and the cutting action is fully automatic. It includes: upper and lower cutters and shafts, a transmission system; a frame and support rollers, brush rollers; a servo motor and reduction gear, and a positioning signal device, etc. The cutting accuracy is ±2mm, and the cutting length is automatically adjustable.
