Solidification belt conveyor
The coagulation belt conveyor is a crucial piece of equipment in the production line, responsible for the smooth transport of wet gypsum board from the extrusion molding machine and providing it with sufficient initial setting time. It typically consists of two continuous rubber belts and a set of open rollers. It is equipped with a paper pressing device, a shaping device, and a spraying device. The belts can be made of rubber or PVC.
