Forming splint machine: The precision linear guide adopts a world-renowned brand. The upper splint is equipped with a quick-opening device, which is convenient for cleaning and repairing waste plates. The upper and lower splints adopt mesh-type strengthening splints, motor drive and oil temperature control device can make the temperature more stable.

Multi-roller tractor: Adopt rubber roller and chrome-plated roller to mix, the upper and lower roller frame can be adjusted. The upper roller can quickly open the device, which is convenient for cleaning waste boards and maintenance, which is more convenient and efficient.

Embossing milling and centering machine: The cutter head adopts spiral design to solve the problem of waste board blockage. Driven by a high-speed motor, equipped with a dust cover and multiple sets of stainless steel conveyor rollers, crushing processing is convenient for recycling

Raising, slotting and peeling device: In order to improve the surface bonding performance of the XPS sheet, a spiral planer is used to remove the skin to obtain the required surface structure. The surface grooving machine uses a saw blade to grind grooves with a certain depth and width on the surface of the XPS board to increase its surface bonding performance. The groove depth can be adjusted according to actual needs.

Flying knife cutting machine: Adopt world-renowned brand guide rails and opportunistic motors. The perfect combination of the same belt conveyor and the triangular double-edged cutter can make the cut extruded board flat and high precision.

The cross-cutting knife is used to cut the board to the required length. It adopts the photoelectric sensor imported from Germany and can be adjusted for different specifications. The PCL control panel makes the operation more convenient and efficient.
