Gypsum Powder Line Process

The production process of gypsum powder involves several steps to ensure the quality of the final product. These steps include crushing, grinding, calcination, and storage.

Firstly, the raw gypsum material is crushed into small particles of less than 30mm by the gypsum crusher machine. This machine effectively breaks down the large gypsum ore, preparing it for further processing.

Next, the crushed gypsum is conveyed to the gypsum powder machine for grinding. The grinding process reduces the gypsum particles to the required fineness, ensuring that the final product meets the desired specifications.

Once the grinding process is complete, the gypsum powder is sent to the gypsum making machine boiling oven for calcination. In this step, the powder is heated and calcined, transforming it into a usable form.

After calcination, a portion of the gypsum powder is returned to the gypsum grinding machine for re-grinding until it reaches the desired quality. The remaining calcined gypsum powder is sent to the gypsum making machine clinker container for storage or to the product workshop for use.

Throughout the production process, strict control measures are implemented to ensure the purity and quality of the gypsum powder. The use of indirect heat exchange rotary calciner technology allows for precise control of the calcination intensity, resulting in a high-quality product. Additionally, the closed and circulating air path system, along with the inclusion of a bag filter, helps maintain a clean and environmentally friendly production environment.

Overall, the gypsum powder production process involves multiple stages, each contributing to the production of high-quality gypsum powder. By following these steps, manufacturers can ensure that their gypsum powder making machines produce a reliable and consistent product.
