Gypsum board is a building material often used in the construction industry, so do you know how to produce gypsum board?
To produce gypsum board, the crushed natural gypsum or synthetic gypsum must be heated or calcined to dehydrate the raw materials. Next, the calcined gypsum is mixed with water and additives to form a slurry, stirred to form a gypsum slurry, and evenly sprinkled on the face paper that moves forward. It vibrates while advancing continuously to make the slurry gradually evenly distributed, and then enters the extruder and the upper and lower paper composites. The extruded pulp is completely covered by the upper and lower paper, and extruded into a continuous plasterboard. Finally, the gypsum board is dried and cut to complete the final result.
