Pulp Preparation Section
- There are two mainstream domestic calcium silicate board production proceses: yinder forming and flow-on forming. This project adopts thelater-developed flow on process, which optimizes the blank forming procedure. Sury is evenly spread onto the felt betvia feed boxes and thenvacuum-dewatered to form blanks.
- Flow-on forming features simpler blank forming equipment yet requires an extra vacuum dewatering system, with lower material loss. The process applied here is mature, smooth, and supported by advanced, reliable equipment.
